Refund policy
Due to TwentyFive products being consumables, to ensure the hygiene of all our products, we strictly do not accept returns or refunds once item(s) is/are dispatched to you.
In the event where wrong product is delivered to you, kindly get in touch with us at Hello@twentyfiveofficial.com within 2 working days (upon receipt of parcel), with your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase, item(s) ordered and item(s) received, we will then further advise you from thereon.
To be eligible for the exchange, merchandise must be in its original, brand new condition, with security seal still intact.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
