Shipping policy

DELIVERIES

All orders are shipped from TwentyFive via third-party delivery partners. Courier deliveries comes with tracking service that will be sent to you upon dispatched. 

We aim to process your orders within 2 working days, local (Singapore) orders should be received within 2-3 working days upon dispatched, subjected to courier company’s parcel volume, manpower, traffic, and weather conditions. 

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you made a mistake in your address, please contact TwentyFive at Hello@Twentyfiveofficial.com within 2 HOURS upon submitting your order, and furnish us with the correct address to mail your order(s) to, along with your full name and order number.  

INCOMPLETE/INACCURATE ADRESS

Please ensure that you furnish the correct shipping address upon checking out, or to rectify it within the stipulated timing for successful deliveries. Include your contact information for our delivery agent to contact you, should there be any erroneous information, or other receiving enquiries. 

Order(s) with incomplete/inaccurate address may result in unsuccessful, delayed or returned deliveries.  

Redeliveries will be chargeable.
